The U.S. Education System Isn’t Giving Students What Employers Need
Our Story
Next Generation Inc. was conceived as a vehicle to assist both colleges and industry to respond to the urgent need to expand the number of qualified candidates in clean energy and construction sectors.
Our expertise in education is deeply rooted in our work with schools and universities at the local, state and federal levels. Additionally, our experience has taught us to end the silo approach to workforce development. As such, our most important value that we bring to universities and companies is our regional and local workforce development solutions designed to create the qualified Talent Pipeline.
